Bible Studies

Come join us at one or more of our Bible classes to learn more about your Savior.

We are currently offering the following bible classes:

Sunday School
Sunday School is a wonderful way to share Jesus with children. Sunday School is also a wonderful way for teens and adults to use their God given gifts to serve their Savior. Our Sunday School program is going to look a little different this year and we would love to have you be a part of it. Please contact Pastor Hoff for more information and for opportunities to serve.

Coffee With The King
Mark your calendar for Thursday, September 10th at 8:30 am. That’s the date that we will resume our “Coffee With The King”  Bible study/discussion group. Because of the Covid-19 situation, we will be meeting in the church fellowship hall as in previous years, but following CDC guidelines for safety, if they are still in place at the time. That means wearing masks, sitting 6 feet apart, and making use of hand sanitizers upon entrance. We should be able to safely carry that out with no problem, as has been shown by the Bible classes that have been successfully held after services on Sunday morning. The line-up for Thursday morning “Coffee With The King” looks like this:

Lamentations” – A study of the Old Testament book of Lamentations.
What Do You Know About Angels?” - What does the Bible tell us about angels?
Living Together: Is It Time To Get With The Program”
Let Us Worship Together” - A study of what we do in worship and why.

New for this year: A number of people who have not been available on Thursday mornings have asked if some arrangement could be made to make some of the topics and books of the Bible that we have covered in the past available on-line. The following topics and Bible studies are in the process of being put on Trinity’s Facebook page:

“Ashes To Ashes” - A Study of Cremation From a Christian Viewpoint
A Myth Is As Bad As A Mile” – Common Statements About The Bible That Are True or False
Is Our Country Going To Pot?” - A biblical perspective on the push to legalize marijuana
Lamentations” - A study of the Old Testament book of Lamentations
At Death Do Us Part” – A Christian perspective on organ donation
A Whale Of A Tale” - A study of the book of Jonah

Join us on Thursday mornings at 8:30 am for study and discussion. If you can’t make it on Thursday, look for the Bible classes mentioned above on-line and study with us at home!

Bible Coffee Hour

God & Government Bible Study

We all feel the increasing role government is playing in our lives. Especially in an election year we see competing visions for our government and what it should and should not be doing in our lives. But what does God say about it all? What does Scripture say, and not say, about our roles as citizens? How does our faith inform our
politics, or should it? For an in-depth study of relevant Scripture and vivacious discussion, join us after worship in the church fellowship hall @10:15 A.M.

Women's Bible Study
Join the women of our congregation Thursday evenings on Zoom. Each evening there will be a different topic based on several scripture verses and discussions on applying them to our daily lives. We will have an opportunity to share blessings and positive happenings to encourage one another from our personal experiences, lift one another in prayer and share fun facts and snacks each time we meet. Enjoy sharing, caring, learning and mentoring one another in the love of our Savior. Watch for a new Bible Study opportunity coming this Fall.

Adult Information Class
A great refresher course for members or an opportunity to become a member. This class runs continuously or upon request. Check the church calendar or talk with one of the pastors.
